Debbie has been working in the Fitness, Wellness, and Sports Performance Industry since 1992. She completed her studies in Exercise Science at The University of Toledo. She excelled in her athletic ability and received a Division I Collegiate Scholarship in Cross Country and Track. Debbie is a CrossFit trainer and certified Youth Performance Coach. She is an avid runner and has qualified for the Boston marathon in 2012 and 2014. Debbie has also helped many runners train and prepare for their first 5k’s, and looks forward to doing that at the E B Fitness Club.
Anthony joined our team back in February of 2016. He is enjoying his new title of "Dad" with the arrival of his first child almost two weeks after its due date. He has been in this fitness industry since 2005. He was a dual sport athlete in college where he played football and wrestled for Muskingum University while majoring in Athletic Training. He continued his athletic career in Mixed Martial Arts and was highly ranked as an amateur before an ACL injury took him out of the sport. His extensive athletic and mixed martial arts background paved the way for him as a successful trainer, Fitness Director and General Manager with Bally Total Fitness. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has held multiple certifications throughout his career. Anthony specializes in functional training, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, and weight loss. He also has an extensive background in performance and sport specific training. He has formulated his own unique style and programming to help each client reach his or her maximum potential while achieving their fitness goals. .
KJ has a unique background in mixed martial arts and cardio boxing conditioning. He graduated in 2008 from the Police Academy in Self Defense Tactics. His current certifications include Great Lake Fitness Academy in Personal Training, Functional Movement certified, and Kettlebell training. KJ has utilized his years of martial arts training to formulate programs for intense circuit training. KJ specializes in functional, weight, and aerobic training.
